Tasting Notes

The first thing you notice about our sparkling Cabernet is the deep crimson colour and foamy mouse. This wine is creamy in your mouth with strong raspberry flavors.

Winemaker's Notes

This Sparkling wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The fruit was basket pressed, then fermented in French oak barrels to enhance complexity and produce aromas of rich berry fruits.
